Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Serendipitous Serenity Candle Co. We’re honored to create a little calm (and a little wow) for your space.
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout (or displayed at purchase on marketplaces).
Estimated transit times (after processing) vary by destination and carrier service:
• Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: typically 2–7 business days
• Expedited options: offered when available at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods.
Carriers
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx (or the carrier/service selected by the marketplace). Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and service availability.
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided whenever available.
• Shopify: tracking details are sent via email once your order ships.
• TikTok Shop / Etsy / Amazon: tracking appears in your order details within the platform after shipment.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
• We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Address changes may be possible only before your order ships. Contact us right away at desiree@serendipitousserenitycandles.com.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once it’s received back (additional shipping fees may apply), or we can issue a refund for the item price minus original shipping/fees (where applicable).
Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested shortly after purchase, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in process. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at desiree@serendipitousserenitycandles.com.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the outer box/packaging
• Photos of the damaged item(s)

We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or resolution based on the situation and available inventory.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have your package:
• Check around your property and with neighbors/building staff
• Contact the carrier first (they may provide GPS scan details or redelivery steps)
If you still can’t locate it, email desiree@serendipitousserenitycandles.com within 5 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with next steps.
Note: Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will do our best to help you investigate.
Warm Weather & Candle Care
Candles may soften in high heat. During extreme temperatures, we may:
• Adjust shipping schedules to protect your order
• Use additional protective packaging when needed
We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select destinations.
• International shipping costs are shown at checkout (or at purchase on marketplaces).
• Delivery times vary by destination and are affected by customs processing.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import charges assessed by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for fees charged by the destination country.
If an international package is refused or unclaimed and returned, refunds (if applicable) will be issued for the item price minus original shipping and any non-recoverable fees.
